ADHD life coaching for adults and parents

Build clarity, ease overwhelm and create routines that work with you.
ADHD-informed coaching helps you understand how your mind works and supports you in building routines, habits, and responses that make daily life feel more manageable and aligned with who you are.
My work centres on supporting adults and parents who want to deeper insights, to ease overwhelm, and move forward with more clarity and steadiness. Whether you’re navigating ADHD, juggling family life, or simply wanting a calmer way of approaching your days, this space is here to support you.

On this site you’ll find who I am, how I work, what coaching looks like, and how to get started if you feel we might be a good fit.

ABOUT ME

ADHD coach

I’m an ADHD-trained coach (ADDCA), working to the ICF Code of Ethics.

My approach is calm, steady, and grounded in real life. I’m here to offer clear listening, thoughtful questions, and a space where you can be yourself without judgement or pressure.

I’ve supported many adults at different stages of their ADHD journey — diagnosed, self-diagnosed, or still exploring. I also bring first-hand experience as a parent, giving me a compassionate understanding of the emotional load ADHD can place on family life.

'May is approachable, easy to talk to, and truly gets it. Working with her was motivating and helped me find supportive strategies for navigating daily life as a neuro divergent person.’
